- If you submit the lender-match form, we send your info to 3 to 5 lenders who will contact you with quotes. You are not obligated to do anything with those quotes.
- Lenders may pay RobotRefi a flat introduction fee. That is how the service stays free for you.
- Calculator outputs are estimates, not loan offers. Always confirm with a licensed professional before signing anything.
What RobotRefi is and isn't
RobotRefi provides free educational mortgage calculators and a lender-matching service. You type in your numbers, you see your options, and if you want quotes from real lenders you can submit your info and we connect you.

Using this site does not create a lender-borrower, broker-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and RobotRefi.
How the lender match works
Enter your loan details. The calculator runs locally and shows you an estimate. Nothing is sent to us at this point.
On the results page, you can optionally submit your name, email, phone, ZIP, and credit band. Only then does your information leave your browser.
We select lenders licensed in your state who we have screened for no upfront fees and transparent rate disclosures. Your data goes directly to those lenders, not to a data marketplace or lead aggregator.
The lenders reach out by phone, text, or email (you consented to this when you submitted the form). You review the quotes and choose who, if anyone, to proceed with. No obligation.

Accuracy disclaimer
The calculators use standard amortization math and 2026 program rules as we understand them. Outputs are estimates, not loan offers.
Your actual rate will depend on your credit score, debt-to-income ratio, property type, lender pricing, and market conditions on the day you lock. Rates change daily. FHA and VA program rules change. Lender overlays vary.
User responsibilities
In exchange for free access to the calculators and lender-match service, you agree to:
When submitting the lender-match form, enter information that is true to the best of your knowledge. Lenders rely on what you submit to prepare quotes.
Do not use RobotRefi to submit false or fraudulent information to lenders.
Do not scrape, crawl, systematically download, or run automated requests against this site in ways that degrade performance for other users or circumvent normal site functionality.
TCPA / contact consent
By submitting the lender-match form, you consent to be contacted by RobotRefi and its lender partners by email, phone, and text, including using automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages.
This consent is NOT required to use RobotRefi's calculators. You can run every calculator on this site without submitting the form.
To opt out at any time:

- Click the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Email [email protected] and we will remove you within 10 business days.
Pop-up lead capture form
On most pages of this site a one-time pop-up form may appear offering to connect you with vetted refinance lenders. Using the pop-up is entirely optional. You can close it at any time and continue using RobotRefi's calculators without submitting anything.
If you fill out and submit the pop-up form, the following terms apply in addition to the lender-match flow described above:
The form contains an explicit TCPA express written consent checkbox. By checking that box and clicking "Get my matched rates," you are providing your express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act for RobotRefi and up to five of its vetted mortgage lender partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you entered. That contact may include autodialed calls, pre-recorded voice messages, and SMS/MMS text messages for the purpose of marketing mortgage refinance products. You must affirmatively check the box. Pre-checking is not done on your behalf.
Checking the box and submitting are voluntary. You can run every calculator on this site, read every article, and use every tool without ever interacting with the pop-up form. Declining or dismissing the form has no effect on your access.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any text messages you receive as a result of submitting this form. RobotRefi does not control carrier rates.
You can revoke the consent you gave through the pop-up at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing [email protected]. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of any contact made before you revoked.
Information submitted through the pop-up is handled identically to information submitted through the calculator lender-match form. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods, sharing details, and your access and deletion rights.
Intellectual property
The RobotRefi name, logo, site design, and editorial content are owned by RobotRefi. Do not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. The underlying mortgage amortization math used in the calculators is standard finance formula and we make no ownership claim to it. The specific implementation, design, and copy are ours.
Limitation of liability
RobotRefi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculator output will match a lender's actual quote.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobotRefi and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any financial decision made in reliance on calculator outputs or email content. You are responsible for verifying all numbers with a licensed professional before acting on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change materially affects your contact consent rights, we will note it in the next email we send you.
